Who we are and what
this policy covers.

The Short Version

MindLori collects only what's necessary to serve you. We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with advertisers. We use it to help connect you with the right program and to improve your experience with us.

MindLori Human Development Institute ("MindLori," "we," "us," or "our") is a personal development institute headquartered at 4317 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230. We operate mindlori.com and provide life coaching, personal development programs, and related educational services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, fill out a form, enroll in a program, or otherwise engage with MindLori. It applies to all users of our website and participants in our programs — including youth participants in the Identity & Purpose Academy.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. For questions at any time, reach us at [email protected] or call +1 888-804-5674.

02 — Information We Collect

What we collect
and why.

We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information — your first name, last name, email address, and phone number when you submit an inquiry or enrollment form.
  • Program preferences — the programs you're interested in, your life stage, and any information you share in open-text fields ("How can we help?").
  • Communication records — emails, calls, and messages you exchange with our team.
  • Payment information — billing name, address, and payment method details when you enroll in a paid program. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Program participation data — session attendance, assessments, and feedback collected as part of your program experience.
  • Referral source — how you heard about MindLori, if you choose to share that.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, and navigation patterns.
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
  • Location data — approximate geographic location derived from your IP address (city/region level only; we do not collect precise GPS location).
  • Referral data — the URL or search query that brought you to our site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5 for full details.

  • To match you with the right program — we use the information you share to recommend the most appropriate life-stage track or curriculum for your situation.
  • To deliver program services — scheduling sessions, sending materials, tracking attendance, and facilitating your participation.
  • To process payments — securely handling enrollment fees and payment plans through our third-party payment processor.
  • To send relevant communications — program updates, upcoming webinar invitations, and occasional newsletters. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our website and programs — analyzing usage patterns helps us make MindLori more effective and accessible.
  • To comply with legal obligations — we may retain certain records as required by California law or applicable federal regulations.
What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share your information with data brokers.

Our legal bases for processing your data are: (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) contractual necessity when you enroll in a program, (c) our legitimate interest in improving our services, and (d) legal compliance where required.

04 — Sharing & Disclosure

Who we share
your information with.

MindLori does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These include:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM & Forms) — manages our lead intake forms, contact database, and follow-up automation. Subject to GoHighLevel's privacy policy.
  • Payment processor — handles enrollment payments. We use industry-standard PCI-compliant processors and never store full card data ourselves.
  • Email service provider — sends transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
  • Video conferencing platform — hosts virtual coaching sessions and webinars.
  • Analytics provider — helps us understand how visitors use our website (see Section 5).

All service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purpose of providing services to MindLori and to maintain appropriate security measures.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of MindLori's assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website prior to any such transfer.

Note on Clinical Referrals: If you disclose information that suggests you may be in a mental health crisis, our licensed clinical staff may share that information with emergency services or mental health resources to ensure your safety. This is an exception to our standard non-disclosure practices and is governed by California law.

10 — Minors & Youth Programs

Special protections for
youth participants.

MindLori's Identity & Purpose Academy serves participants ages 13–25. We take the privacy of young participants seriously and apply heightened protections.

Ages 13–17 (Minors)

  • Enrollment of participants under 18 requires written parental or guardian consent prior to participation.
  • We collect only the minimum information necessary from minor participants.
  • Personal information of minors is not used for marketing purposes.
  • Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their minor child's information at any time.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have received such information without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Ages 18–25 (Young Adults)

Participants aged 18–25 are treated as adults for privacy purposes and hold full rights over their own information as described in Section 8.

Mandatory Reporting

MindLori's licensed clinical staff are mandated reporters under California law. If we receive information suggesting a minor is at risk of harm, we are legally required to report it to the appropriate authorities, regardless of privacy preferences. This is a legal obligation and overrides our standard confidentiality practices.

To submit a parental consent form, request access to a minor's data, or withdraw consent for a minor's participation, contact [email protected].
